What data we process and why

We process the data you send us through the contact and quote forms (name, phone, email, vehicle details, the vehicle's technical document, your message and any photos you attach) for one purpose only: to answer your enquiry or prepare the quote you ask for.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and, if you then book a service, the performance of that contract.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deal with your request. If you book a service, for the periods required by law. Otherwise, we delete it once it is no longer needed.

Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Our web hosting and email provider has access only to provide that service to us.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to admin@tosauto.com. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
